    终于发现TA改作业之困难所在了！

    给phd学生做TA，我一直觉得最难的就是改作业，却一直无法总结出困难的根本原因。

    今天终于发现了。

    phd程度的作业最难改的地方就在于：

    如果学生的答案和标准答案一模一样，自然可以毫不犹豫地给分；

    而如果学生的答案和标准答案不一样，却不能毫不犹豫地扣分。首先要考虑是否应该扣分，然后要思考具体扣多少分。

    而思考是否应该扣分，和，具体扣多少分，这两项任务，就是我觉得最痛苦和最花时间的地方了。

    所以，在这里，我衷心地感谢那些离标准答案很近的同学，哪怕是抄来的，我也衷心地感谢！

    （并不是鼓励和提倡抄袭啊！事实上要抄，也得抄标准答案才像样！）

          PHD学生的答案除非是定义和概念题答案应该一致以外，其他像论述题之类的活题目应该各有自己的主见。老师改题时，关键是看出题的本意要求学生应该回答的主要内容有几点，这几点是否有侧重，再根据比重不同给每个方面赋分。学生答案中差一个或一个没答全就按赋分适当或完全扣分得了。
         当然，个别同学最后得分离及格或某个等级差个1分2分，宽容的老师可以在活题目上恩赐几分让他过关上等。
